How can I determine when enough is enough?

I'm trying to lose weight and I've gone running/jogging/walking.
I start off running, and then gets into a fast pace jogging.
I've been motivating myself to give me an extra push.
But, I don't want to push myself to the point where I can't handle.
As well as I don't want to stop because my mind says that its enough, when its not.
How can I determine if I'm pushing it to far or just being lazy?

If you can't then...better leave it.
The best way to lose weight is brisk walking. You need to be working at 60% to lose weight, and when you run or jog and really push yourself you are working harder than that.

If you find your self in great pain or feel like your dizzy and are completely out of breath then you might be pushing your self too hard. It is normal for your body to get tired and some what lazy from exercise but in time this will go away and exercise will become a regular routine like taking a shower.
You dont need to wear yourself out to loose weight.There are other weight reduction programs that is not rigorous like swimming,brisk walking,etc but you have to make it enjoyable.Followed by low calorie diet plan.You have to understand also that taking off excess weight is not an easy thing;it requires time and patience.But before embarking on this,you should first of all weigh yourself as to know if you are progressing or not .If this is done already and there's no significance difference,then try this few tips:
have fruits for breakfast,avoid snaks between meals,choose meals that is high in fibre and have dinner at most seven o'clock .I also know of a tea called anti-lipemic tea by tianshi cant guarantee other products but this can work magic as it regulates fat.Have this first thing in the morning and see if it'll work for you. Eat only when hungry. Eat only nutritious and not junk. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in ur meals. Do not take more than three meals a day unless diabetic. Nothing in between except water. It will help u to contain ur craving for if u chew each morsel of food 32 times. It will also help ur brain to generate a signal that u have had enough. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly. These practices will help u to attain ideal weight within a reasonable time span. It is not necessary to go beyond ur capacity in ur enthusiasm to loose weight.
