How can I flaten my stomache to get me in a bikinni by this April Vacation?
Answer:
Any type a cardio is a great way to drop lbs. if your only concern is your stomach, I would suggest crunches.
Depends on how far from flat it is now............maybe a tummy tuck?? :)
Otherwise, crunches, drink lots of water, and do crunches several times a day.
