I have never really worked out much before, just some jogging. I have a good weight, but would like to be toned. I have a treadmill and an Abe lounge...haven't used them yet... what is the best way to get toned and how long does it take?

buy a work out DVD, that has toning exercises in it. You can buy one anywhere that sells DVD's and CD's. Good luck
