How can I get from 128 pounds to 120?

as soon as possible. My height is 5'6 an I want to get and shape and be thin by summer. I cant control myself and I need ways to learn

if u drink a lot of water u wont go as hungry.. or try to keep ur self busy
if u eat snacks eat carrots or healthy foods dont eat cookies and stuff like that... its really easy losing 8 lbs.. unless u have no control over what u eat.and dont do exercise.. even walking everyday for 15 minutes helps..
