How can i get muscels off my arm?


Answer:
A lot of your body type has to do with genetics. If you are muscular normally, then you will probably maintain a muscular body. If you were working out, and built your muscle mass, stop exercising and the muscles will eventually return to original state. When muscles are not used, they atrophy:become weak, saggy, and are unable to support bones. Muscle is important to maintain healthy bones. Weak bones are susceptible to fractures and breaks.
i guess dont exercise, but why would u want to get muscles OFF of ur arm?
