How can i get in shape... and lose weight?

ok its is about 4 and 1/2 months till my party. i need some help and tips on wat i can do to get fit and in shape for my party. but my problem is i love to eat and i cant stop. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

Well that's not a good goal but any way. Drink water instead of soda stay away from fastfood restaurants and excersise.
I HEARD THAT YOU CAN LOSE 3 POUNDS BY THIS:
EAT FOR ONLY STRAIGHT 3 HOURS ANYTHING YOU WANT. aFTER THAT, FOR THE WHOLE DAY, EAT NOTHING.
OR YU CAN EAT AND RIGHT AFTER THAT, WALK A BLOCK AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD
I know. I am getting ready for the summer and currently have some dieting and weight loss tricks. Here are the steps to follow.
1. Go see your doctor and ask him is opinion on what you want.
2. Drink lots of water
2. Limit sugar, flour and salt.
4. Exercise if your doctors says it's OK to do so.

Eat more fiber, it will trick you into thinking your full. Wake up early and walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Doesn't have to be in one sitting. You need to change your life style. There is no magic pill. Do yoga, stretch, and drink lots of water.
core work outs and a no carb diet... it sucks but works well
Try Yoga or diet or workouts.
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables everyday and drink lots of water. Cut down on sweets and dehydrated snacks. You may eat non-veggie foods but only once in a while. And then you can be in shape. Also be more determined and control your eating for sometime. Then you'll automatically get used to eating less.
DO NOT TRY INDUCED VOMITTING. IT CAN GET YOU VERY WEAK!!!
