Answer:
I don't want to repeat what Leaf just said:exercise and healthy diet will absolutely help you to get rid of toxins in your body.
For a serious detox I recommend http://www.drnatura.com/?ovchn=ggl%26amp;ovcpn...Most of my clients used it and got amazing results. If you need any tips on exercise and healthy diet let me know I will post another comment. :)
If the pellets mentioned stay solid while you are working with them there will probably be little to worry about. If you notice fumes at all demand a proper mask and other protective measures. Your union should help. The best advice for de-toxing your body from poisonous chemicals is to keep/get physically fit. Exercise helps the elimination of wastes, including some of the chemical residues which end up in our fat and circulatory system. Also, eat a very good diet, including lots of fresh foods, fruits and salads. This will also help your body to eliminate toxins effectively. Drink plenty of water, preferably filtered and don't let yourself eat too much junk. Preferably take vitamin and mineral supplements, too. Some plastics are more harmful than others:
PET (polyethylene terephthalate) involves antimony trioxide in its production. This is toxic and it can also leach out into the contents of bottles made from it. It is used for shampoo bottles and even mineral water bottles.PVC production releases cancer causing dioxins into the environment and workers involved in its production may also be at risk.
