HELP! Biceps!?

What is the fastest way ,using dumbells, to even out the size of my biceps? What excersize should i do and should i be using heavier or lighters weights to gain muscle?I don't know if this helps but i am 16yrs, 5'7" and weigh 130lbs

If you want large biceps you should use heavier weight with less rep, if you want toned biceps you should use low weight and high reps. Some good exercises would be concentraion curls( sitting on a bench with one arm down doing curls), standing alternate curls with dumbells, or straight bar curls.
you might wanna start with push ups...
