Home work-out??

I need some workout idea, i got that rubber ball, i need to work on abs, arms and thighs..any ideas?

Have you thought about getting a subscription to a fitness magazine? They show you great work outs to do at home with weights and a ball. They keep you up to date on new work outs and even tell you healthy ideas for snacks and receipes. Videos are always good, but can turn into routine and become boring. Good luck!
Try Pilates. It works very well. They use that ball in their workouts too.
I use the one hand method.
Go to your local book store they sell tons of books that teach you how to work out at home a rubber ball.
