Hey i am on a workout routine do i really need to take testosterone or GH?

noooooo! you don't want to do that! it is soooo bad for you. look it up on-line. the side effects are terrible. for one it shrinks your testicles, you don't want that. If you work out properly and eat right you don't need that cr@p. if u want to supplement go to gnc or somewhere like that and talk to one of the employees and they will recomend something safe for you to take to get the results that you want.
No. Don't get involved w/ that stuff. A good workout regiment along w/ protien powder and creatine have always worked for me.
