How can i loose wieght fast? without excerszing just a diet?

I recommend trying sparkpeople.com! It's a totally free diet plan...and it works! I lost over 30 pounds using their website to track my intake. It's wonderful!Here's some more tips that I've written up:1. stop eating most grease, fat, salt, %26 sugar.
-this means NO fast food. fried foods. greasy food. fatty foods. sodium. sugary foods (including, but not limited to, candy %26 soda pop). 2. drink a lot. i mean A LOT. of WATER!
-at least 8-10 (8oz.) glasses a day. at first this may cause you to put on some slight water weight, but in the long run it helps flush the fat out of your body. also, did you know that 90% of the times that you are hungry you are actually thirsty. 3. do NOT starve yourself.
-eat about 6 very small HEALTHY meals daily. that way your body won't go into starvation mode and it will easily process the food you eat and use it for energy instead of fat. 4. keep track of your calories eaten.
-you should probably aim to eat around 1,500 a day. do not go under 1,000. 5. eat HEALTHY.
-this means organic foods. vegetables. no white breads...eat lots of healthy 100% whole grains. fiber. etc. buy only healthy low fat/reduced fat %26 calorie foods....however just because they are healthier does not mean you can eat as much as you want of them. eat only 1 serving portion according to the nutrition label on the box. 6. exercise.

Exercise is only important to keep a fit and tone body...It definately helps maintain your health! At least try a little...I don't really exercise, but I do walk (sometimes lol)! what i would recommend is starting with something super simple...like going for a 10 minute walk everyday for a week. then the next week going for a 20 or 30 minute walk at least 5x a week. the only way i can accomplish this is to make myself go for a walk at the same time everyday. exercise does help you feel fuller longer. but remember...if you do decide to exercise, it does not mean you can cheat on your diet. 7. take a daily vitamin
-...I take WeightSmart. there are also some other healthy vitamin supplements that help you lose weight in the long run. one of them that is good is called CLA. you can buy it at wal-mart or basically any store that sells vitamins. i wouldn't particularly recommend diet pills. they're kind of a waste of money and not good for your body.8. weigh yourself.
-at least once a week, if not everyday. (you should aim to lose about 2 pounds a week.) also, set a long term goal weight %26 date.(based on if you were to lose about 1-2 pounds a week.) 9. BE PATIENT!!
-i cannot emphasize that enough! losing weight takes a while %26 believe me we all want a miracle overnight cure, however it simply does not exist. but if you stick to these things and really follow them. you will lose weight AND keep it off. if you try to lose the weight too fast, you'll just gain it right back. trust me. also, you will have slip ups, don't let them get you down, just start over again the next day...eventually you'll get it right, i promise!!! 10. remember that you are on a diet %26 let everyone around you know too.

stay away from suguras and fast food. try to drink lots of water. ya know its not safe to lose weight very fast. eating right and working out go hand in hand.

You can't. Not without ruining your health. You didn't GAIN that weight overnight, %26 you're NOT going to lose it that way- either. And excersizing is IMPORTANT in a diet- because it firms up all the lose skin you have as you lose weight, as well as burning off some of the pounds. Sooo- get on a diet plan %26 STICK TO IT. If you DON'T - more %26 more of those pounds are going to stick to YOU! Good luck!

That will take some weight off right away. You would be surprised how much water weight salt, caffeine and sodas will help you to retain. Sugar turns to fat and those fries are just plain full of fat as well.Go for the healthier diets eating a rounded out meal. Eat meat, wheat breads, drink milk, eat veggies and plenty of fruit instead of the sweets. Did you know that when you are craving sugar it usually means you are thirsty? That is true! So be sure to drink plenty of water each day. I try to drink at least 3 soda bottles of water each day. Don't forget to exercise. I know you don't want to but you can accomplish soooooooo much without going to the gym. Park your car farther away in the parking lots. Walk to the park or around the block once or twice a week. cut carbs to almost nil.. don't get rid of them completely because your body needs them.. Don't eat more than 45 carbs per meal.. Three times a day... Don't eat more than 15 carbs for a snack 3 to 5 times a day. Or no more than 100 calories.

Eat lots of fruit but stay away from the high sugared fruit. Like melons.. Stay away from nuts.. they have lots of saturated fats.
Use a canola or olive oil for cooking.
Change to Splenda instead of sugar.
No regular cokes.
Lots of water...This is partly a diabetic diet.
My friend went from 242 to 165 in about 6 months. She is still loosing. She eats grapes or a low carb cereal for breakfast.
Grapes for a snack about 1 to 1 1/2 hrs later.
Eats lunch.. Salad or small kids meal type lunch or a sandwich with chips..But watch your portions and carb count...
She will eat another snack in between lunch and supper.
Then she eats whatever is for supper but she portions it.
Then she will eat another snack before bed. She is always full. Believe it or not she got as big as she did by eating just once a day. Your body stores all of what you eat because it thinks it will not get fed again.. She would eat like crazy once a day... Like Double Cheese Burgers and the fixens thinking since she didn't eat all day it was ok because she would have eaten that much if she ate breakfast and lunch.
Her doc told her that your body doesn't care when you eat but it will only use 45 carbs the rest it stores no matter what... So if you eat more than that you know where it goes..LOL...
Eating more often actually helps your body burn it.
