Hey!! I am an avid gym goer and would like to know what sort of food should I be consuming for it>!>!!!?!?!?


Answer:
You should be eating a lot of healthy carbs - pasta, rice, and wheat bread. They give you energy. Water is also a must - have it before, during, and after you go to the gym in order to keep yourself hydrated. Finally, don't eat any sweets or foods with high sugar content before you go to the gym. They'll give you a quick boost of energy, but you'll be exhausted before you know it.
Think green and white! Green vegetables and white meat such as chicken, turkey and fish (always grilled, never fried). This will provide you all the quality protein and nutrients you'll ever need and it's tough to get fat by eating like this.
If you are weight training, (lifting weights) It is important to take in enough protein. Which is found in Peanut Butter %26 red meats. Or try a supplimental protein powder to add to your juice, or meal.
