How much is calories does your body burn just by going through the dat?

I want to know how much calories your body would regularly burn without excercise.
Answer:
You probably burn 1700-2200 calories a day, depending on your size...see the calcualtor below. The calories you burn in a day is called your Basal Metaboic Rate (BMR). Hope that helped.- Mike
hmmm well actually it depends on ur metabolism !
it depends how much of your body is muscle, muscle burns fat or calories the less you have, the less calories will be burned at rest, to loose 1 pound you need to cut out 3500 calories so if you cut out 500 calories a day you should lose 1 pound a week
