How can a little skinny mofo start building muscle..?

Ive got protein, pair of dumbells and a barbell...What do I do?
Answer:
well you've got the right attitude but unfortunately you need more in the way of equipment! You have to lift heavy to really build muscle, anyway, heres the DL on what you've gotta do..1. The best way to train for optimal strength gains and muscle mass is to use basic core weight training exercises which work many different muscle groups. These movements are considered the true mass builders and will stimulate muscular growth and strength gains in individuals who consistently use them in their overall strength training workout plan. These core exercises consist of:Barbell Squats
Power Cleans
Barbell Bench Press
Barbell Rows
Military Presses Lift the heaviest weight you can for 3 sets of 10 reps, make sure you lift to failure! you may feel like puking or you may actually puke, that's ok LOL!Always eat a small pre-workout meal consisting of some low glycemic carbs and a quality protein. A good meal is a half cup of rolled oats and a scoop of whey protein. This provides you with a sustained carb source to provide energy through your workout and a quality protein source to support muscle repair and growth.
Creatine will also supply you muscles with energy to help you through a difficult workout but you need to research it before using it because it has to be cycled.Make a protein shake post workout. Make sure you get 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight daily.Don't work the same muscle group 2 days in a row. wait at least 48 hours between. start out small and work your way up to more reps each time you work out
drink a slim-fast(or any meal suppliment drink like ensure) with everymeal, its like eating two meals without the fat. start doin multiple reps of lower weight so your body starts using the protein and vitamins in the right way, when you start to bulk (and you'll notice after like 2-3 weeks) then you start lifting more weight, but for now, just do the meals and the mullti reps.
Eat all the time if you are skinny, keep pushing the weight up as much as you can as you progress. pump as heavey as weight as you can and then do a little more asfter a short rest, this will build muscle and make you very sore
