Help! I need exercise advice?

I would like to lose 40 lbs by june. What are some cardio exercises that u recommend? I had started walkin bc it got warmer out but since its been snowin i havent gone out bc im not taking my 3m old son out.

Walking is one of the best ways of loosing weight and yes of course diet control.... As mentioned above avoid red meat and try taking fruit juices and a lime juice with honey first thing in the morning even before ur coffee or tea or breakfast.Try avoiding coffee/tea in the morning and take the lime juice with honey this should help... do a lot of walking around in the house or jump rope :)
