Ho can i loose ten pounds in a month?

i need to and i dont know how or even if it is possible.
Answer:
working and eating right
eat lots of ice cream and watch TV
Watch what you eat--include veggies and fruits!!
Stay away from fast food, junk food and soda!
Drink a lot of water throughout the day!
And, get active!!!!Remember a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week!
join bally total fitness. reduce the amount of calories you eat daily and make fruits and veggies part of your everyday meal. take a multivitamin supplement daily to go with your diet to make sure you get the vitamins you need. workout often and try to have fun with it. people sometimes take dieting and exercising too seriously and the experience becomes annoying and frustrating, as long as you're doing things the right way, you'll drop those pounds and you'll feel great. good luck ^_^
