Help?... How do you get abs...?

anyone have abs? I wanna be in shape and cut by summer... any programs.. or steps to do this? thanks:)

You have abs. They're probably fine, just hidden under body fat. You can't spot reduce, so you'll have to lower your total body fat to see the six-pack.There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn鈥檛 get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won鈥檛 either.Walk for 30 minutes every day including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week. dont eat fatty foods, then, to get them, try doing 30 push ups and curl ups a night, then add 5 on when you feel stronger. reapeat until u got them =D also, u cannot be fat to start with

Sit Ups are the best exercise for upper and middle abdominals (top 6 out of 8 cubes). You can hook your feet under something if you want, or you can have someone hold you feet for you. From having your back flat on the floor mat, quickly raise your body all the way up until your chest hits your knees. You can also do this for half reps very effectively. Don't try to lift yourself up with momentum or inertia of your body, let the muscles do the work. Hand position is very important in this exercise, you should keep your hands on your ears, not pressing against them, but just holding your hands there. You can accomplish this by pointing your elbows outwardly. Do not grab the back of your head, that puts too much strain on your neck and could cause injury.
