Hey i am just beginning a workout routine and wanna know how long it takes tosee results on chest?

like how many inches will i achieve month after month

the fastest results will be seen in the first six to eight weeks depending on your age. Groth will slow down considerably after this time. It just depends on how much time you spend in the gym. If you are working on your chest 3 times aweek then you should start to feel the differents after a couple of weeks, depending on your diet awell. Eat lots of pasta, fish and meat everyday coz this will help.
