How can a 20 year old female lose 6kg quickly and decrease the appetite in general?

Basically I weigh around 47Kg and have about 156cm in height. What I would like to know is not only how to lose a considerable amount of weight (about 10-15% of body weight) fast in order to look very fit, with a least amount of physical effort, but also how to avoid or rather decrease or control the hunger which is ultimately determining me to gain that weight back.

Loosing weight to quickly isn't healthy. If you cut back your calorie intake to much, your body is going to go into "starvation mode" and it will hinder your results. Start out by adding 30 minutes of exercise into your lifestyle a day. Whether it is a walk, bike ride, or something like yoga or pilates. Exercising generally will decrease your appetite naturally. Just what ever you do, do it healthy and over a period of time!
You only weigh 47 kg and want to lose another 6kg. You will look like Nicole Ritchie and that aint healthy. Your body is probably already in starvation mode and to shift another 6kg will be very difficult. Goodluck.
