Hey im starting a gym! How long does it take 2 work out b4 u c the effects?

3x's/wk. 1-2 hr workout.
your age teens to 30 yrs old.
4 to 6 weeks.
You'll notice muscle and weight (lifting ) increase.
if you train hard, you will see the difference in a week, remember if you dont hurt the day after gym you havent trained hard enough!!

It depends on various a numourous factors,
Firstly it depends on how heavy you are and what you types of food you eat.. for example.. if you did 3 hours at the Gym then went home and tucked in to a Family Bucket of KFC then you wouldnt have made much of an acheivment. It also depends on how frequently you are going to attend and how long you are going to attend for.. Basically if currently have a quite decent Diet and go to the Gyms maybe at least twice a week you should notice quite a difference.. but it can take anything up to months to notice any BIG differences.. but if you but your back into it and stick at it and not tire yourself out too much you should see some results in at least 2 weeks.. again though it depends on what your current diet and weight is
it depends how often you go and the type of exercise you do - it will also depend on your diet and metabolism. Talk to a gym trainer about what you want to achieve - it's great to have a goal to work towards.
in about a month if you go at least 3 times per week
