If you want to lose weight go to

and there you will get free information about your body and how much fat in your body ,I use this program and I lose 4 Kg in just two week ,and I feel great now and It cost me just $5 a day ,I hope this will help and good luck
consult with a doctor first
She should consult a doctor. Then there are lots of excellent options so long as she also starts to exercise. For now she cold start by starting to also drink a lot of water and taking a daily walk.
Tell her to write me,if you contact me,I give you my E-mail,and I will try to help her,I lost over 100lbs in 14 Months.A little Discipline, its easy,no Wight watchers and that nonsense.I did mine Myself. And its cheap, you don't have to spend thousands of Dollars. She will save on her Food bill, and my Advice is free.
first i think you can start by not calling her fat. then i think she should see a nutritionist to get a proper diet for her and then if she is up for it she should get a trainer at the gym. i think with you not calling her fat and those people to help her she would be off to a good start.
Well,I'd seriously recommend her seeing a nutritionalist to determine what exactly needs to be changed about her personal eating habits first. From there it's a matter of her sticking to it and working on simple cardio for beginners. This could be as simple as taking a walk after dinner, and working up from there. Once her metabolism begins to kick in she'll notice more energy and be able to come on here and look for some more great ideas! Hope this helps a little!
One thing you never use here is the word FAT. But since this is a helping question its OK.She needs to see her doctor first and find out what her body can handle and then after that she needs to see a personal trainer to find out the best and safest way to lose the weight. All people are different and will lose weight at different speeds. She does need to talk to her doctor first so he don't die when trying to do curtain things. This is what I did and I have lost over 100 pounds in a year I am almost half of my top weight...YEAH!! so for your friends health and life seek a doctors opinion first on how much she can do its best. Her doctor may even help with a ton more if asked. He/She can give a diet plan and exercise program as well. You can help encourage what she is doing by do it with her
Honestly, the best way to lose weight and to keep it off is to just change your eating habits. Diets that restrict you from certain food groups like carbs and protein will help you lose weight fast, but as soon as you add these foods back in, your bond to gain the weight back plus more. The best thing is to eat a lot of fresh fruits and veggies, and limit heavy carbs and starches like white bread and potatoes. Skip red meats and eat baked chicken and turkey. Start off both lunch and dinner with a big salad. Limit cheese, garbanzo beans and thick dressings. Use a lot of tomatoes, carrots, and try different types of lettuce (spinich leaves are really good, and contain tons of vitamins). Light dressings don't taste much different that regular, but still, use it sparingly. Also, it's important not to deprive yourself completely of the foods you like. If you like ice cream, have a little, but in moderation. If your craving red meat, have a little ground beef in a salad. People are more likely to give up a diet when it's strict. It's also good to try to avoid eating 3 hours before bedtime, but if your hungry, eat a small snack like fruit or yogurt (stay away from canned fruit, it's full of sugar!) And eat within an hour of waking up to get your metabolism going. The morning is the best time for carbs, because your body will digest them quicker. When your body is hungry, it will start to store fat rather than burn it, so when your hungry, eat!
Good luck to your friend!
