How 2 reduce my weight easily widout doing yoga and without using slimming belts and without going to beauty.p


Answer:
Eat smaller amounts more through the day!!Get plenty of sleep and at least 30 minutes daily of exercise!!Have a nice breakfast with either good cereal...and yes there is bad and good cereals!! Or a bowl of fruits but don't mix them!!!Nice lunch and make it the heaviest meal of the day that way you have time to digest it through the afternoon.A nice light meal at night and before 7pm if you can help it. Be a bit active at night in fact don't seat the whole night if you can help it even if you are just watching TV stand if you can!!If that does not work you can always use E!!! It will make you sweat a bunch but it is life risky you decide!!!

There is no EASY way to control weight. You make lifestyle changes and then it becomes habit. Either you adopt a healthy lifestyle or you will have weight problems the rest of your life.
There's your problem, you can't loose weight easily! Loosing weight is hard work. If you aren't up to it, then you aren't going to loose weight!
