Hi.. diet help needed?

Ok.. my friend told me that she lost over 45pounds in 2.5months, just eating 2 cans of tuna and 2 small bowls of brown rice everyday with lots of water and excersice....... well i saww how much she lost weight, its so clear that it worked..... But i just want to ask if any tried it.... she did it in 2.5 months, i want to lose 50pounds i have like 4months....I need ur advice in this thanks

i think you'd be sick of tuna, and that's not a balanced diet.

Not a balanced diet at all...don;t do it, because if you keep that up for 4 months you'll have health effects from lack of nutrients. Bad idea. Search diets online and on this yahoo site...because those diets are better and you will actually lose weight faster than starving your body into fat storage mode.
If you're going to lose weight and stay healthy, you need more than tuna and rice. You need vegetables and some fruit too. Good luck!!!
50 lbs. in 4 months would cause you to develop a lot of sagging stretched out skin. I recommend trying a 6 month plan to eat healthy and work out when possible. You'd lose probably 30 lbs which is much safer for you.
you have to find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and thats how much you need to lose weight the healthy way.
8 glasses of water a day
5-8 servings of fruits and veggies a day
portion control - 5-6small meals a day instead of 3 big ones
cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
