Help, trucker needs to know who to burn calories while on the road?

eating right is part of it. But, the exercise is something i am low on time doing. We drive 10-11hrs. daily.
Answer:
Don't you stop regulalry to refuel, wash the truck, urinate, load/unload, etc? When you do, walk. Walk around the perimeter of the truck stop or yard a few times. Get exercise when you can.Tough to think of ways to burn cals while driving though. Isometrics might help, but I hesitate to recommend that because of the safety thing. How about you turn off the A/C or heater? Your body will expend energy (burn calories) trying to keep cool or warm.
any sort of movement helps! trying wiggling around or sort of dancing (but not too vigorously!) to music. anything that gets your body moving will burn calories.
i drive trucks too, from my experience: of course during drive time, u can burn any calories. but when i come to a stop, ill do stretches, then some push-ups, sit-ups, and i usually carry dumbells in the cab as well, lift them as often as i can, and this is got me in a great shape for a trucker, besides ill go out and run half a mile, down and back to the truck, which makes a mile, good for cardio. does this help you?

Been there done that hand. Stop the fast food now. Get a small fridge and inverter, stock it with fruits and veggies. Stop drinking soda. Coffee or water. More water than coffee. That should help some. The buffets killed me out there, I am still trying to lose the weight from the days on the road. Get some good liquid vitamins and park in the back. Pull over in the pickle parks or somewhere and walk a bit. 30 minutes a day will do wonders for you.
If You can stand it, this is what has worked for Me ; keep a small 16 Oz. Bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar with You, and take a sip of it every couple of Hours. You'll get used to the Taste after awhile, and it will Kill Your Appeite, plus, it will burn lots of Calories. Next, keep a Cooler full of Crushed or small Cubed Ice. Instead of Drinking a Cold Drink, just put Ice in a Glass, or whatever You Drink from, and Chew on the Ice, and let it "Melt In Your Mouth". As the Ice Thaws in the Glass, Drink the Ice Cold Water.I Read this in a Health Newsletter, that if You Drink Ice Cold Water, You'll Burn Calories as Your Body overcomes the Cold, just as long as it's not a High Calorie Soft Drink. Better Yet, just Fill Up on Ice, as it will also fill You up.Next, take 200 Micrograms of Chromium Picolinate twice a Day.It's available at most any Drug Store.This won't Harm You, like High Powered Diet Drugs that are mostly Caffeine and Ephedra.I can't Think of much else that You can do, in Your Situation.
