Heyyy, thiss works?

okay, so water helps u lose weright?im doing 8 glasses a day and running every day for 30 mins..
eatin really heatlhy no junk
can i lose 5 lbs in 3 weeks?
oh and wen u start losing weight u see the difference in ur face first right?!?!?!?1

Yea, 5lbs in 3 weeks should be really easy if your doing that everyday. I'm not sure what changes first when you start losing weight.
don't know about the face thing I think that it's the first thing you notice because you look in the mirror every day. but a healthy weight loss is 2 lbs a week. If you lose it too quickly you will put it right back on. so 5 lbs in 3 weeks is very reasonable. good luck
If you are doing everything you said, you will probably lose more than 5 lbs. I have always been told that the first place you lose weight is in your face. Most women lose weight either in their face or chest. Good luck. =)
