THIS IS NOT A CRASH DIET. its nutritious and healthy. what do you all think of my meal plan? i am not trying to lose all 40 pounds in a month because i know thats unhealthy and unrealistic. my meal plan is as follows:
Breakfast:
2 bananas and 1 apple, water
Lunch:
chicken breast and salad, waterAlso, i plan to drink water throughout the day.
I need suggestions on what to have for dinner to stay healthy and make sure i get all my nutrients.
Here are the stuff I can not have:
No food after 6:00 pm
No juice
No sugar
No honey
No rice
No bread
No potato
No weighing myself
and I will be taking one vitamin a day
ONE A DAY VITAMIN
How does this meal sound to you all? Also, if i have cereal for dinner (special k or honey bunches of oats), how much weight do you think i will lose?
I also work out three days a week for an hour. i do treadmill and bike and ab, thigh and lovehandle weights
Answer:
1-2 pounds a week is normal progression. Set that as a goal, and to build some better, sustainable habits.Your exercise program sounds great. You're also on the right track with most of your exclusions (simple carbohydrates) - but let high-fiber bread back in your diet. Also, you can eat just about as many vegetables as you can handle. Sweet fruits do have some calories, so you have to limit those - but you can still eat more than you're giving yourself room for.I'd strongly recommend Weight Watchers for a balanced, responsible approach - I lost 30 pounds in 3 months on it (starting from over 200).You want to be careful to be getting a balanced diet, with sufficient fiber, and to not set your daily caloric intake too low. What you've described doesn't sound like enough calories.

it sounds like you dont need us to help you, lol
u need to make sure you have breads...that is important, and more for breakfast. oatmeal maybe, lunch is good, and for dinner something like salmon. u should do weight watchers. alot easier and effective, i lost 20 lbs in 1 month and a half
its important to gt the right amounts of carbs and fats...try healthy carband fats....these are wat creat energy and you need energy to lose weight healthy....be sure to eat...people tend to think the less you eat the more youll lose....gooddluck and and stick with it!!!!
You need to have a protein in the morning at breakfast! And, I don't think you need 3 fruits in the morning--try just 1 with your protein. You could also have a piece of toast if you wanted.Your lunch sounds good. Dinner should include a protein, some veggies and a fruit. You can also add in a fat during or after dinner. Drink water throughout the day!!You can eat the cereal for breakfast with milk but also include a fruit! Be sure to watch your portions with the cereal--use a small bowl! You could also include an afternoon snack--a protein and fruit!Remember that a healthy weight loss is just 1-2 pounds per week. Don't skip out on your fruits and veggies and always include water!!!Good luck!
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
