How can a 12 year old lose weight without going to the gyM/?

I need to lose weight fast how can i do it without going to the gym?
Answer:
First of all you are still growing so dont think u should lose weight because u are still growing . trust me i am 15 and i had my growth spurt and all that baby fat does tone out. But if you want to stay fit and healthy try joining a sport , and also dont drink soda! diet soda is good but soda is BAD! also try to add more fruits and vegetables to your diet, and like i said b4 ur still young so dont worry about your weight and just enjoy being a kid :)

If you're 12 you shouldn't loose weight. You're still growing. If you think for some INSANE reason you aren't healthy, include more fruits and veggies in your daily food intake.
You can do tone your muscles in your own house. Get dance videos or play music and move your body to it each day for an allotted time. I prefer doing things that do not make me think about losing weight. I like things that are fun and hey I am losing weight at the same time. Good luck.
dude if ur 12 then leave ur self alone cuz ur gonna get a growth spurt nd all that BABY FAT will be gone trust me im 13 nd im a lil chubby but i know that it'll go away juss remember not to eat too many sweet things nd get plenty of excercize nd it'll work out for you

play!!! duh. put down the playstation and pick up a football (basketball, baseball, etc) also, stop eating sugar (candy, soda) and eat your vegetables.
well u can either get surgery oru can go to the gym or u know take weight loss from the comercial and order food unitil ur skinny but diet food also eat diet foood

well first of all you need to make sure you are eating healthy-translated as stop eating junk food. Also, don't eat if you are not hungry, I am not saying starve yourself by any means, but do not eat out of habit.Go for walks, run, ride your bike, make it a point to be outside a lot being active. Doing repetitions of crunches and sit ups can help as well as lifting weights, this allows you to get into a habit and can build muscle weight versus fatty weight.Making a food/calorie log for a week can tell you what you are actually eating and what you need to cut out of your diet. Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
