Hi can can anyone tell me how many calories are in a lemsip cold drink?

most properly loads it made mostly of sugar that's why it not on packet they want you to buy it instead of just getting paracetamol tablets .

Pointless question, since Lemsip is pretty pointless. Try 2 paracetamol, which have almost no calories and are cheaper.Also even if you are on a diet I would think there are probably more issues about what you eat of much greater import than a couple of sachets of Lemsip!
