Hi I need help with losing weight can sumone help me?

Hi i need help on losing weight im 14 year olds can u lose weight by riding your bike everyday for a hour andeat lots of fruitis and vegetbles and more heatly food and walk for a hour a day and move my body dancing, and lift 40 pounds weights every day for 5 mins and doing squats for 10 mins everyday.do you think i can loose 70 pounds in 7 months if i keep on doing this everyday?

Yes. People try to sell you on weight loss shakes and medications. But the solution is simple. BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU EAT. Keep a journal of what you eat and the calories/fat/carbs it contains. Also drink a lot of water. Don't expect instant results because your body has to build it's muscle mass so you might actually see yourself gain a few pounds. Im 14 also. I lost weight buy fallowing the CG (cover Girl) program.. but basically you need to not think your fat and feel beautiful! You probably are. and you dont need to do so much everyday. start small because if you do to much you might do it wrong or your body may not be strong enough and it could hurt you! also dont stand on a scale everyday.. only like once a month.. instead look at yourself in the mirror.. you will become comfortable with your self and see the results happening. although they dont always come right away. http://www.cosmogirl.com/getreal/1,,b2j0... theres the site! good luck!
