How can a lazy person like me lose 3-4 inches around my waist by june 1st w/o trying?

45 year old getting kind of sedentary no real health issues. don't want to change my iet too much.

If you change nothing, nothing will change. You're asking how you can do exactly the things that have added 3 inches to your waist, yet get a different result. It can't be done. Your diet may not have to change (but it would probably help) but you should increase your activity level - a lot. Don't make drastic, harsh changes, walk more, eat less sugar, fat, salt, etc.

OMG are you serious? Just get liposuction if your that lazy - all you have to do is walk to your car and into the clinic. Everyone else will do the work for you.
take laxatives.have yourself cryogenically frozen.be put into a coma.have your teeth wired shut, and go on a liquid diet.
Seriously though, I lost 40 lbs on a tuna fish and water diet.
